you dont even understand what went on.
Activision owns IW.
IW employs people to 'create'.
anything that is 'created' by an IW employee, on IW time, becomes IW property.
anything that becomes IW property then becomes Activision property, since activision own IW.
any employee that "have other opinions for the next call of duty then activision" can and will be ousted for insubordination.
you can not fault Activision for protecting its property. those guys tried to hold the franchise hostage for their own benefit(more money). maybe things would have went different is they just asked for raises.
they dont have that to worry about now though. their new company made a deal with EA that allows them 100% creative control over anything they create while under EA.
