Default Re: Thoughts On MW2 (now-you've-played-it-for-a-few-weeks)

TaMaBaGs is dead right, it's the killstreaks that really ruin this game at the moment. The AC130 or chopper gunner is a game-winner a lot of the time (aside from the Nuke obviously) and that's not right - one player's killstreak rewards shouldn't be THAT rewarding for a whole team.
Other than that, I'm finding that a lot of my initial gripes are subsiding a bit. A lot of people's complaints come under one general heading - INBALANCE. However, now that a lot of people are getting a feel for the weapons and the maps, I've noticed that games are starting to find a similar rhythm to COD4 ones (still not there yet though). I'm starting to find MW2 addictive because I can see hope that people are figuring out how to counter the imbalance and the games will eventually become much more fun and fairer... here's hoping.....
