That's at peak time with 4 people sharing the connection and probably two of them torrenting horse porn.

99.9% of the time the ping is like 20 and it's still at least 3mbit...

I tried to play MP on the wireless I am "borrowing" from a neighbor and the lowest ping server was 487. From there it jumped straight to 11,000+. Looks like I'm sticking to the Combat training today and single player until I get for real internet, which may actually be this week or the next.
