Week away from celebrating Winter Solstice or Baby Jesus day or whatever you all celebrate.

Have any exciting plans?

Know what you are getting for prezzies yet???

If so, here is the place to make us jealous or cast your suspicions on what the hell that shiny box under the tree is.

I have a 3 day weekend so I'll likely be lazing about in my jammies, eating food, smoking herbal remedies and watching cartoons and playing Forza or Lego Indiana Jones.

Apparently I was a good girl this year because there are a fuckton of prezzies for me scattered on the floor. I have no idea what all I am getting, but I suspect I am getting some small survival items and I know for a fact I'm getting a bracelet woven from paracord.

I laughed every time I read the word "prezzies". No clue why. And apparently Chrome thinks it's a real word.

Nothing really planned for the break, which here in NYC begins ON Christmas Eve. Still have a whole week of school, and I go back January 3rd IIRC.

But I'll probably try to get out of my house to hangout with some people, namely one girl who I haven't seen since this June, but haven't talked to in person for more than 2 minutes since the end of last June.

As for presents, I know what my parents are getting me. As for aunts/uncles/grandparents, most likely just money.

But I know for a fact I'm getting a pair of Vans and an iPod docking station. AFAIK that's all I'm getting from them.

It seems as though I'll be buying and wrapping my own present this year - a 64gb iPod Touch 4g. My current iPod just ran out of space, and it crashes regularly.

I actually have 3 iPods, one iPod Shuffle (the clip-on one), and two iPod Nano's (the square ones, not touch screen), one is black, the other silver.

Black one has a cracked screen inside, so now it's all white, all the time. Silver one I can't find. So I'm using the shuffle, but it only holds ~200 songs.

Zebrahead and Hollywood Undead make up 135 of those songs.

Also, what iPod do you currently have?

I don't get why people have multiple ipods? Just get the biggest iPod Touch you can afford. Better still, and if you don't mind signing up to a contract worth over 1k, get an iPhone and carry around one less box.

Hopefully I won't get snowed-in away from home this time. That's battle #1. Battle #2 is getting any time off work. Driving home after work on xmas eve, only to drive back on xmas eve to go to work boxing day? No thanks, not for such a s***y company for the reward of minimum wage times just enough hours that they don't have to pay you for breaks or NI. It must also be illegal, via some law, to cause prolonged minor discomfort by "turning the heating off to save electricity" in a warehouse, in winter.

I would've had one, but the black Nano was handed down, and I took the shuffle after I lost the silver one and the black one broke. And I don't have the money for an iPod Touch, and can't get the iPhone if I wanted it (I have TMO, not AT&T)

Bit late for Thanksgiving, don't you think?

I have a 32gb 3rd gen iPod Touch. Got it for Christmas 2 years ago (or was it 3?). But yeah, it broke around this time last year and got it replaced at the Apple shop. Now I'm out of space and this iPod, oh, it just lags like Black Ops. Sometimes I'm listening to music and it just completely crashes.

So, 64gb it is. Plus it's the newer 4th gen. That comes with some pretty cool features.

Said goodbye to my girlfriend earlier, as I won't see her until just before New Year.

Spending at least Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, the 27th, the 28th, and the 30th with family this year. They're not a great family, but they're generally nice, and more family = more presents (can't wait until I've left home and have to buy them all myself though...).

I get the 23 and 26th off from work, paid. Going to my parents place this weekend to celebrate Baby Jesus' 2011 b-day. Then back to work. As for presents I think I'm getting the JackRack, and no, it is not a sexual pleasure toy. Like Wunda I won't be seeing my GF for awhile as her family lives in NY and she won't be back till after the New Year.

Okay, post your prezzies!

I got a Leatherman tool, a magnesium fire starter, a purse that looks like a really pissed off owl, the old Sinbad movies (not the terrible comedian but the old 50's and 70's mythical badass guy) and a ton of random little goodies. Went to Target with a gift card and got some survival-ish clothes and Nalgene water bottles. ALMOST READY FOR THE APOCALYPSE.

Got Call Of Duty World At War from my sister. Got Sniper: Ghost Warrior from my brother. Got Killzone 3 from myself. Got Madden '12 from mom and dad. Also got $300 which most of the money is gone due to gas.
