May I ask what food you think it was from?

Indeed it is, when I had it, the best thing to do is to avoid solid foods for the first one or two days while feeling nauseated or close to vomiting, and drink plenty of water, you can also use Gaterade or a sports drink diluted in a bit of water since the sugar can spike symptoms at the lower end of your body.

No pun intended, it's a shitty experience, but it should be over fully in about a week.

I never had food poisoning either...I did have an adverse reaction to pain meds a few weeks ago. I was out of work for a week...it was horrible.

We've read the same sources, haven't we?

Going out to pick up tins of soup was a horrible experience. Having to walk for even half a mile while every muscle in your body is burning is quite unsavoury.

Yep (e-med?), all with good intention though, nothing hurts with a bit of research. The sources are right, probably the worst feeling of nausea and lower pains one can feel. >_<

From what I read the Doner Kebab is mainly cooked with lamb, reminds me heavily of Gyros, damn they are good. Anyway, hope you feel better though.
