They are as good as teams outside the top 6. Preston, Orient, Bury are pretty close to the spl quality.

EDIT: World 11.
Not in the squad yet but definitely on the bench now is Gareth Bale

Spurs to finish 3rd this year, City to win the league, Madrid to win La Liga.

Barca have been looking average so far this season, they were unbeaten until today but they definitely haven't been the team they were last season.

Arsenal weren't that bad today IMO, fulham got a lucky goal and we just had a bit of an off day in front of goal. Ramsey impressed me today, looked determined in the second half especially, I think he should have stayed on the pitch for the 90(unless he was tired I dunno)

Possibly us for 3rd. Still think utd for the title but City are doing everything they can. Hope they win. We need another winner of the prem league. Been pitifully few.
What were Arsenal doing for the fulham goal. They just stood there arguing about a bad call. Then just watched while fulham scored. Hardy anyone moved.
As for Spain. Barca are still probably the best team in the world BUT, BUT....never underestimated the power of Murinho.
Barca > Madrid but
Murinho > Barca. Interesting to see who comes out on top.

Over the season depending how they play from now on it will probably be Van Persie or Silva.

However. On present the form the best player right now is.......

Spoiler:

£150m is being bandied about for him. NNNNNNNNNNNoooooooooo :'(

I shall be annoyed if Van Persie doesn't get PFA player of the year.

Call it bias if you like but, he was what 2 short of the all time record of most goals in a year and has absolutely carried arsenal for a year.

Can't see any reasoning what so ever against that.

He also managed this with Ramsey and Walcott playing along side him which certainly makes thing harder.

Too early. Still 4 months left. He isn't playing great at the minute. If he gets back to his earlier form then probably him, but I also think Silva has been consistantly top draw for the first half of the season. I would put those two out in front for player of the year, but still think it's possible for Rooney or Bale to get it depending on the rest of the season.

Silva was great but his form has dipped a bit too along with the entire city team.

Van Persie has dipped a bit although to be fair he is still scoring(apart from yesterday) in most games(6 in his last 9 counting FA Cup).

Class!

Liverpool v Spurs. Hoping spurs to win so arsenal can close the gap, although you can never rely on arsenal winning against any team at the minute.

Also hope Utd will beat chelsea, again to close the gap, I do for some reason find myself being sympathetic towards Chelsea and Torres this season, i've always hated seeing class players lose their touch but if he does regain it they will fly way out in front of arsenal.

Oh and arsenal fans are going to put bin bags in the empty seats tomorrow in protest of the ticket prices. Things are looking bad.

Yeah, Spurs Chelsea and Arsenal are the most expensive i think. God knows what Spurs are going to charge after we get our new stadium.
If Arry goes to jail who knows what will happen to our season. We have a tough run coming up you liverpool chelsea and utd that may decide our season anyway. Our run in isnt ideal but isnt too bad so if we are still in it at the end. Our last few games could be harder.
