Any comm. done on PC is usually done privately in Vent, TS3 etc.

There are occasionally random ADULTS that use in-game chat, however.

How would you hear 12 yr olds screaming? The only time you could do that is in FFA but then you are in it thus there would only be 11 10 yr olds. Unless of course it is in a GW lobby but then you wouldn't hear them all in game.

I mute everybody as soon as the match begins. I only rarely talk on Vent.
