Finally, Best Korea has been talking the talk without walking the walk for far too long it was getting tedious.

As far as i'm concerned, there's not gonna be a united Korea until one side smushes the other side, and considering where the Western Power's loyalties lie I don't think Best Korea is gonna come out on top.

Quite true. In fact the North and South are still technically at war. A peace treaty was never agreed too or signed, however the two sides did agree to an Armistice while they tried to workout a lasting peace.

A similar situation exists between Syria and Israel. After the last conflict a peace treaty was never signed and Israel still occupies parts of Syria along the Golan heights. They agree to Disengage hence the presence of UNDOF (United Nations Disengagement Observer Force) in that region.

Seeing how the South is in their version of DEFCON 2 I'm going to assume the best case scenario in this situation is what happened during the Cuban Missile Crisis, aggression without action. My guess is if they do go to war it'll be very small scale, similar to the Kagril War in 1999 between India and Pakistan, two nuclear armed states.
