Hello,

I'm using a Skullcandy SGS GI headset made specifically for PS3. When I set it up in accessories and do the volume it picks up my voice just fine and I cna hear myself, etc. When I try to play in Black Ops I literally need to have the mic in my mouth (difficult because the boom isn't that long) or be shouting at it for it to pick up anything.

Is there some sort of setting I might be missing?

In accessories what volume do you have it on? Turn it all the way up if you need to. Is there a separate control for mic volume on the headset itself?

I've tried volumes 3-5 on accesories. It seemed to work a little better tonight but I kind of need to talk sideways into the microphone. Starting to wonder if the microphone isn't just very insensitive and I need to try to make it work.

Pain in the ass.
