There's no proof that either game is better. It depends on the player. There can be a collective opinion among the community where perhaps 99% of people believe MW2 is better, but that is still subjective. There can be a strong case made saying Hello Kitty Island Adventure is better than MW2 or Blops.
By the way, of course you forgot to read the description like 99.9999% of youtube and therefore didn't realize it's a joke video.
