This is almost true.

I got bored of blops so left it for a week, went back, got quickly bored again. I could sit and play MW2 for hours, with blops it's usually for about 30 mins before i just cant be bothered..

The problem I think lies in the lack of atmosphere. This is largely due to a lack of innovation in the maps and contributed to by the lack of inanimate objects that don't do much when bullets hit them. In MW2 there was breaking glass, flying pots, exploding cannisters, barrels, cars etc...and yeah i know they do have some of this in blops, it's just not the same.

I dunno, I snipe and it's rewarding and it's fun, but I agree, I'll quit for the day and be like man I dunno if I want to keep playing... and tomorrow I'll want to play again. I can't find too many differences between it and MW2 in long-term playability, I used the same weapons and got the killstreaks and didn't get bored.

I think the key for me is playing with people who aren't idiots or playing w/friends.

On another note, I can get a 5-6 killstreak easily in Blops, yet I couldn't do it in MW2, and a 5 KS in MW2 pretty much meant an AC130. Man...
