I have run into a problem twice while playing BO on xbox. This issue consists of the game resetting itself erasing all campaign levels and zombie extra unlocks.

Twice when I've played zombies online, the game glitches up and I can't access any menus. Once the game ends, BO makes me reconfigure my screen and asks me about graphic content again. I know the game hasn't crashed because I can move th background cursor up and down on the main menu and even look around in the chair.

It's not that big of an issue requiring me to dashboard and restart the game. The main problem is that I have to unlock the extra zombie levels using the computer which would have been unnecessary since I had already completed the game.

Anyone else run into this?

I play on PS3...and while i have experienced the exact same problem as you,l BO has caused my playsation to completely freeze on about 30 occasions....and all the guys i play online with have experienced the same problem.

I have not had that issue at all, have you installed all the updates? Are you running any capture cards or anything drawing power off of the device. It sounds like your forcing the box to reset itself with possible power demmands.
