Erm. Very realistic.

Some of the other things revealed in there sound interesting though. Have you got the full article?

I guess so. Sounds like they've actually made changes to the game, rather than copied MW2 and put a new skin on it.

Great. Spoilt kids ruining the game AGAIN.

Is there going to be a demobeta? This game needs one.

Those new game modes sound kind of cool. The Gun Game needs to be more widely accepted.

No confirmed beta as of yet, I personally doubt there will be though.

Well, currency could make prestiging more bearable as you could get the gun you want to use sooner (assuming they still include prestige). If there aren't perks to upgrade it may even motivate me to prestige a few times.

The Gun Game so far is being accepted by everyone and their mother as far as I can tell, I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Currency to get guns, super give boosters a lot more incentive. Also if and when there are hacks they will try to exploit the currency system so you have some absurd amount right away. Thats my big concern as of now. This game seems a lot more frantic than MW2.

That ballistic knife is way easier to aim and hit then MW2 throwing knife.
Tomahawk ha!
And then the melle knife.

They sure like the whole knife and circuis tools of destruction. I did not see stopping power but the guns seemed to kill very quickly without it. Akimbo and thermal are back. Honestly this looks more gimmicky and "fun based" than MW2 and I dunno if thats what a lot of people want.

I'm hoping they do create an open beta, if not to possibly change gameplay elements then to allow me to practice before the srs bsns starts with in-game money being involved.

The opposite: it's easier to gain specific guns (want an AK-47? Don't need to go through 69 levels to get to it, just buy it when you have the money.)

No different from rank hacking. Assuming Treyarch are sufficiently able to balance weapons, it won't really be a problem (never played CoD 3 or 5, so haven't experienced a Treyarch game)

Remember that all unlockables require a certain rank before they become available to purchase.

At least they gave us a solution too noobtubes. The flak jacket perk. It is supposed to cap the splash damage from explosives to 75 making it only possible to die from a direct hit from an explosive or if you were injured already then you could die. I'm hoping the pro to the perk will include reduced damage from flamethrowers/dragons breath rounds.

What I am getting at here is that people will want it all nao so yeah they will hack for credits so they can purchase everything at once. Kinda like buying yourself a 10th prestige. Its a similar principle. Yeah you can get guns and killstreaks early but people who will boost for credits will want it all right away. Or at least that's how I perceive it.

As long as you can't fall through the map and shoot people from underneath Treyarch will be ok in that regard.

They have lightweight, but the "marathon" version isn't unlimited. Its more like it was in cod4. Also, you can't have ninja with these two, so at least youll hear them coming.

Also, someone mentioned presiging. Highest level is 50 and their are 5 prestiges. You gain one class slot per prestige.

Hopefully you will not be able to use flak jacket in conjunction with marathon and lightweight, because people will run with grenade in hand to blow up the enemy and lather rinse and repeat. No thanks

When I got bored in HC SnD in WaW I did that with fireworks (expl dmg upgrade) and bouncing betties (a 360 claymore of doom); run around until I think I'm getting close to someone then pullout explosive and move closer. If I didn't find anyone I could put them away again and sometimes I could sneak up behind people and trap them with a mine or run past people, plant it and survive as it explodes (this sometimes lead to much confusion as someone sprints by you, a click is heard and then a boom).

People were not happy with my instantly exploding super martyrdom and raged a lot, 'twas good times.
