Commando is nice, but I'm constantly running out of ammo with it on a 8 killstreak or above.

I don't use scavenger because 99 percent of the time I die before I run out of ammo. If I was consistently running into that problem I would definitely equip it though.

I love the AK47 with silencer now. I'm so good with it. I feel unbeatable when I use it. I always go like 40-15 or something when using the AK47 with the silencer.

So far its as everyone says, for smgs its mp5 and AKu. lmgs = stoner. sniper rifles = L96 (everything else is just inferior)

There are a ton of good AR's but from what I see the AK and Commando are beast. Anybody know more about the g11? I tested it in combat training and its like an m16 on roids but considering the m16 blows, it might just be average...

I loved the commando when I unlocked it, used it till I prestiged, but when I did go back to the Galil i did much better. The AK had kind of a bit of recoil for me. The Galil and Commando are statistically almost identical except for a bit of recoil, reload time, and clip size. I was always running out of ammo on the commando.

Right now, using the MP5 and AK74u. I'll use M16 sometimes out of boredom.

To Chan: Yeah, I did the same thing. To me, G11 feels weaker, I find I can kill people at any range with 1/2 bursts of the M16, while the G11 takes me 2-4 for one person.

EDIT: I tried Ghost Sniping (loved it in MW2 and CoD$ [just HC w/ UAV Jammer]), but they destroyed it. ANY headshot with a silenced sniper = no kill? I'd rather not have to put two bullets into one guy's skull, one should be enough.

dual mag FTW. And/Or ditch your pistol for the best secondary you can find.

I've gotten all kills for dogs with galil dual mag. But generally I run out of ammo around blackbird/chopper gunner range.

My favorite guns:

Commando (2.26 kd)
AK47 (my favorite iron sight for some reason)
Galil (2.40 kd)
Aug (can't stand famas recoil but aug is ok for me)
Enfield (my best long distance weapon)

For some reason I don't prefer the burst weapons in this game (m16, g11). All I used in MW2 was Famas/m16 but stopping power was probably a huge portion of the reason why.

Love silencer more, and yeah usually i try to grab another weapon cause i had a launcher as a secondary for the lulz, but i could never find a weapon in time because my teammates would camp and i would run around like an idiot

the m16 and g11 are good if you are one of those guys who camp and the g11 comes with lots of ammo with it so you can put hardline or flat jacket i got dogs because of my g11 lots of times just saying

I've gotten used to the Commando more as of late. Still prefer the Galil, methinks, but it's a welcome change for the last few levels before I prestige.

Tried the PM63. I think it's my favorite machine pistol - I MEAN SUB MACHINE GUN - now, love the sound and the lack of recoil. It reminds me of a cross between the cod4 skorpion and the pp2000.
