What does a lightbuib above someones head and name mean? And what does that little crest that is next to some peoples name on the score board between the level and their name?

The Purple Heart is like the Dog Tags from MW2, it means the person is currently dead and hasn't respawned.

The Lightbulb I'm not sure, i think it means they're lagging out or some shit
