How do you guys go about unlocking this? I'm struggling with the "reload and kill someone you've injured" part.

The best way I have found to do it so far is to run around with a GL attachment and purposefully try to miss someone but hurt them, reload, and then hit them again.

Does anyone have an easier way?

I did it on accident?I had only a few bullets in my mag shot a guy hid, reloaded killed him. So maybe don't compulsively reload after you kill someone.

Pistols.

Sneak up behind someone, stun, shoot twice (or once with the python), reload, shot again. Got it unlocked in just a couple games this way.

I unlocked it rather fast without trying, but I did it using a Famas (high rof means you empty the clip fast so reloading is necessary) with dual mags. It was (I think) usually just shooting someone who finds cover, reloading (quite quickly with soh and dual mags) and then finishing them off when they pop back out or I pursue them.

I do that & have still unlocked this perk very fast 4 times now. Hell, I didn't even know what was required 'til I read this thread.

I typically either:

1.) kill them before the need to reload, or
2.) get killed while reloading

I reload alot, so I almost always have a full mag when entering an engagement. It happens, but rarely. Until I switched to the grenade launcher technique I had 3 of 10 in this area after about 40 levels. I'm now at 8 of 10 but it is slow going. I appreciate the needless assault on my intelligence though. Thanks for that.

^ this is the easiest way. I got 5 of these in my first game after I bought SoH since quite alot of players use Second Chanse.

also you can reload purposely if you think you would win
mess up your k/d a little but its for SoH pro so Its ok

Yeah its pretty much the luck of the draw. Hope to god you get in a game with a guy with second chance and then kill farm.

I've never done anything to unlock SOH pro on purpose. I just happens. Not hard.

Just use it a lot. I always use SOH, except in FFA's. So I find it just comes automatically when you put the hours in.

Also another easy way to get SoH Pro

Play a game with a bomb (Usually people planting the bomb dont shoot back at you)
Use Python speed reloader
Shoot once, reload, then shoot again, they should die

I think for the first few shot/s the python reloads faster without the speed loader.

When I was a non-prestige I also got this really quickly (3 pro perks by level 17) but I gotta admit trying for SoH Pro messed with my KD a bit as I was really going for the challenge itself. I'd recommend using Warlord cos it's easier to get and better IMO.

You don't really have to try for soh pro. It will just mess up your game. Just play how you normally play and it will come to you.
