3. Eligibility and Limitations.

All participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 13 years old as of date of entry. Children under 13 are not eligible to win prizes. If requested by MLG, winners must provide a copy of his/her government issued photo ID with proof of age. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor in his/her jurisdiction (under 18 years old, except in Alabama and Nebraska where a minor is under 19 years old) at the time of entry must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. If a minor wins a prize, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who signs the release. Minors who do not have a signed release will not be permitted to win. Prizing is limited to only one (1) prize per household per Tournament. Employees of MLG, The Proctor & Gamble Distributing LLC (“P&G”) and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. This Tournament is void where prohibited by law.
