The "What to do until MW3/BC3 - since MOH has the most confusing plot in a game (EVER), BC2 still has slightly silly weighting of the controls and Crysis 2 was a console game..." Quiz

4) Here is a slim image of a unique never-done-before yet often forgot about map. What is it called?

5) The Ak47 has appeared in 3 recent COD releases, but which release is this version from?

6) Here's a map from what was undeniably the most hardcore, unforgiving, noob-unfriendly and competitive COD game released. Possibly the most popular map in the history of COD, which map is this?

7) Here is the PC box art for MW2 which, oddly, has different size and colour font to the console box art! What was contraversially missing from early versions of the MW2 box art, only to be re-included after a fan revolt?

I prefer to wait for BF3 as it will come out before BC3

As I don't believe BC3 has even been acknowledged as to when it will be released.

I actually hadn't considered that at all. Inow assume it is BF3 and not BC3. Shame, the BC bunch were a laugh I thought. Didn't have the voice over/acting of COD etc and fought like Playstation One AI... but at least it wasn't a Medal of Honor with seemingly everyone's name either beginning with "d" or rhyming and about 12 main characters in as many missions!

Yeah the new game is Battlefield 3. I enjoyed the BC2 story because of the characters. The new MoH is based off of Operation Anaconda if I remember correctly. Unlike many I actually enjoyed MoH MP, unfortunately map design ruined the game for the ridiculous ability to spawn camp.

I haven't even played MoH MP yet. It's such a fuss having to re-find-out your EA name/password everytime you install a new game.

SP is ok it's just full of really uneccessary annoying bits. I never get names in games. Is it really neccessary to show the story from 4 different perspectives in a single game? Does your undercover Tier 1 squad have to have such similar names that you just get a bit mixed up which mountain you're on with who, doing what, when and why. Why do developers go to such length to make weapon models realistic and realistic explosions and then make you fight alongside people called "Terrence Sweetwater" or "Preston Marlowe" and get flown around by a pilot from the 1960s. No one has ever been called that in real life, surely.

Lol, I stopped trying to figure out who was who in the MoH SP, it just hurt my brain and I just wanted some mindless shooting. I agree though that having multiple POV is a bit unnecessary.

Yeah I agree 4 points of view was uneccessary. Previous COD games have had 4 points of view, but these were spread out over 30 maybe even 40+ missions.

MoH Story wasn't confusing at all, I liked it more then CoD storys were. The ending was sad.

MoH story wasn't confusing? You keep on hot-swapping between 2 identical looking mountains, 3 special-forces squads, you do 2 seperate search & rescue tasks for 4 seperate members of 2 seperate squads on the same mountain, all of your buddies in "AFO wolfpack" have names which all begin with "d" and rhyme, you get shot down on three seperate occasions, AFO Neptune's Chinook can be seen exploding on impact but then magically reappears with no damage (?), the laser designator has a mind of it's own (sometimes you have to hold fire, then release fire to fire, other times you hold it to mark targets and other times you just press fire) and what even happened in the first mission? I don't even...

But yeah, at least the story was believable *cough*MW2*cough Shame it was sad though, I kinda like to win in video games...

EDIT: s***. Colt's almost out-smarted me in Q2. You can have a million bonus points (and therfore be the "winrar") for that

Fortunately, having completely overlooked it, turns out COD4 & MW2 use the M67 grenade, the WW2 games use the Mk2 and BOps uses an "M61" grenade - whatever that is!

IDD, the answer to Q2 didn't really take much effort seeing as it is on the front page of the site were everyone is going to go to get most of their answers.
