Another small change to Tweets & News subforum
The addition of tags and removal of a lot of subforums has, by having everything in a big (albeit slightly jumbled) list, dramatically reduced (virtually eliminated) the quantity of repeat topics.
Therefore once again the News/tweets section is open to discussion and replying.
This should work better than the original concept (before the reply restriction) and the interim solution (disable posting)
