Few small changes to Tweets & News subforums
To combat 4 threads on the same news item with replies and thoughts spread across said 4 threads we're making a very small change to members' permissions. Essentially:
You can no longer reply to news or tweets. Any discussion or thoughts can go in one centralised topic in the relevant forum.

The addition of tags and removal of a lot of subforums has, by having everything in a big (albeit slightly jumbled) list, dramatically reduced (virtually eliminated) the quantity of repeat topics.
Therefore once again the News/tweets section is open to discussion and replying. This should work better than the original concept (before the reply restriction) and the interim solution (disable posting)
