Default An elegant counter to camping?

I've heard that the new BF alpha includes a very interesting feature - if you stay in one place too long as a sniper your scope starts to glint off the sun.
Personally I'd like to see that extended to the sun glinting off any gun if you're doing what could be defined as 'camping' for more than say 30 seconds, because if anything snipers have more reason than most to be doing it.
Thoughts?

Not sure but this feature may just be when the snipers are prone. Thats when I read about it, as a counter to prone. Not a bad idea to extend it to all guns for camping I suppose.
It would be ok when I wait though, right?

I think it's if you stayed scoped in on a target too long, then the scope glints.

That would make the most sense.

There are times 'waiting' is acceptable, one that comes to mind is when guarding an armed objective for example - in those instances I would hope it's disabled if you're, say, within a certain radius of the objective.
Speaking of 'waiting', how's Blackpool?

If that's so then it doesn't really help the problem. Surely most sniping is looking with bare eyes then scoping in once you spot movement?

I believe that there is also a glint if you are being scoped upon. So basically if you are looking in the direction of the sniper and he is scoping in on you, you will see a glint.

By the time you see the glint your head would already have been blown off D:
