I was looking to get a good flying game, I have seen a few but was not sure, has anyone played a goodie they could reccomend..??

If you have a Nintendo 64 or Gamecube, try finding a Starfox game, one of the funnest flying-shooters out there.

Il-2 Sturmovik is a fun, somewhat arcadey flying shooter on Easy, and almost a simulator or the hardest. I only played the demo on the OXM disk, but it was incredible.

F-22 Raptor by Novalogic. Oldie but goodie.

Thanks all..!! I am sure I tried the demo for hawx is that not the one where you give voice commands? If it is I hated that part of it but the the actual controlling of the plane and look was excellent. I may give it a go if I find it on ebay cheap enough. I have the demo of Warhawk and played a few games, this looks really good but I would imagine there being a steep learning curve due to there being the choice of infantry, jeeps, tanks, planes etc..!! I am going to get this as friend has it but I was thinking more of a an actual game solely flying..!! I just realised I am an ass.. I am on PS3..!!

I tried the demo of Hawx it looked great but made me kinda motion sick..!! I eventually opted for Blazing Angels, I am really enjoying it, when I complete it I will get the second one..!!
