Default Recording Footage on Xbox 360/PS3

Can anyone please enlighten me on what I would need to buy to record my matches for MW2 on PS3? I have heard Dazzle mentioned, but do not know what that is.

Thank you.

I'm interested in this too.

Here's a pretty clear run down on the Dazzle setup
Spoiler:

My only problem with this is that the recording is done by the PC and I don't want to drag a USB cable across my apartment.

The other way of doing this is to use a PVR / DVR to record. I'm interested in something like this that has an easy way of accessing and transferring the recordings to a computer for editing. Eg, wirelessly copy from a network share on the PVR.

Anyone know if anything like this exists? (other than building my own PC to do it - CBF )

dazzle is a good brand to start with unless you're totally serious about this and want to go for a machinima deal just buy a dazzle. A decent dazzle will run you about $100. You hook the USB part to a computer, and the AV cords into your TV. The capture card will come with a recording program you install. Then when you want to record you open your program and hit record. Also you might want to have basic editing skills and have like Sony Vegas or something.
