I had the same problem. Just hang back and get some practice when your team is all at the front line. I found that reversing the default controls for flight helped a great deal for me too.

Just picked it up today. Need to play it more to get used to it.

Main thing thats caught my attention, awful control system.

Yeah, ya get used to it. Though the sprint button still screws me up some times. Run diagonally and hold sprint - it changes your direction and you move directly forward instead... it makes sense in a way, but can be very annoying at times.

This guy will show stats from all the players combined, ie which gun gets the most kills, etc

Getting more and more into this game. Still not as outright fun as MW2, but I'm bored of that game now. Finding BC2 more satisfying overall as well.

several things need tweaking - the m60, m1911, m93 and the shotguns. It is my opinion that both the m60 and the m1911 are overpowered, the m93 is way underpowered and some of the shotguns are underpowered, specifically the pump actions without slugs. Im 9th gold star on the 1911, which is pretty lolable tbh for a secondary.

Medics with m60's with magnum ammo are a bit of a problem, rpgsnipers are pretty annoying too, but all in all, game balance is almost perfect, far surpassing what mw2 ever hoped to be.

Great game, almost perfect.

Yeah the M60 is really overpowered, as well as the 1911 but I'm not complaining!!
But, yeah this game wasn't as addicting right away as MW2 for me but the more i played it the more I couldn't go back to MW2. Overall I almost think the medics in general are overpowered especially iof you haev a swarm of them they will keep riviving themselves and literally cannot lose.

You should be amazed about how many noobs/sucky players actually play this game.

Haha all these kids that try to play BC2 like MW2 just get owned. I think there are more "sucky" players on cause my stats just keep getting better and better. Or the fact that I'm in the top 200,000 in score...

I have an low K/D because i had an unfair advantage from the start. Usually now all my games end in 10/5 tough. (Quick games.)

Played an game today and got an triple quad road kill plus the enemy team shot an RPG at the house i was in and it collapesed. He killed 3 of his own team and i managed to jump out of the window. it was pretty damn funny to see.

So played today and OMGWTFLOLBBQ M loves the G3!! Use this on my close quarters recon setup and this ting pwns. I have it set-up with c4 extra ammo and body armor. My team sucked something awful so we lost but damn we came close when I was using this set-up.

Loving the STG 77 buff (the long range damage was increased slightly, and the range before the damage starts dropping was increased too), makes the gun useful now.

Glad to see the M60 was nerfed. Still powerful, but the shots to kill have been upped by 1, and the thing (like LMGs) in general is much less accurate since movement-accuracy has been reduced an assload. I'm seeing a few PKM LMGs now, and a hell of a lot less medics.

There's a lot of stuff. I'm probably gonna have to go through all of the guns again...

Oh, and the new server browser is awesome:

-Refreshes much faster
-Has more filters (hardcore, PB filter works properly, and has a region filter)
-the checkbox filters can have a "yes", "no" or "no preference" option now. Awesome.

I would be willing to bet that it was some minor patch or platform update, microsoft is not capable of such efficiency.

My KDR jumped from 0.80 to 1.02 last night. Starting to get the hang of this game. Unlocked the AT4 for the Engineer class as well, might work on the Recon class today and unlock the Mortar Strike.

All this while playing alone as well, so much more fun than MW2.

So have you just been using the Engineer class then or have you been using other classes. Yeah i usually play alone I don't wanna be in a squad that bitches about my play style especially when I go recon. Oh well I'm usually in the top 4 everytime but they wouldn't care if I was in Recon.

I use the crap outta engineer, I love blowing stuff up (its the only class I have maxed out). Especially panama canal on conquest, land mine the flags or the exit to their spawn. But playing conquest all the time makes my kd suck. I always get flag attacker pins and knife kills though. Knifing someone while they are camping a flag is kinda sweet.
I have the hardest time with assault. Maybe one of the two last guns I still need to unlock will help.

Th An94 rapes if you can use it. It's a 2 bullet burst gun that kills in two bursts. m16 isn't bad either it also is a 2 burst kill but fires 3 bullets per burst. If you look in my sig it has the console gun damage charts for BC2. I suck w/the engineer class cause the guns are awful. I'm gonna start using the G3 though with the class cause it rapes!
