i played the UFC 09 game a lot and i think i became quite good at it, if i ever completed a career i could always do online but it soon to become very boring and repetitive. Ive never had a Skate game but i really enjoyed the demo, it was fun and didnt get bored once, and even better when playing with friends.
so what game should i buy? should i go buy skate 3 now or wait for ufc, please help ?

I'd say Skate 3. If you've played the previous UFC lots then I don't think much has changed, so you'll probably get bored quicker than a completely new game (Skate 3).

I'm personally gonna get UFC 2010 ive always found fighting games to be better for when you have people over. Also i played skate 1 and 2 it was fun but without a really good online it got boring quick and had little replay value. It depends how much you value the online playability i guess.
