So who all plays actively HoN here? I remember there was a thread about it a long time ago, but couldnt directly find it.
I wouldn't playing with some ppl from this forum sometime (pref EU).
I know Voodoo does, but he's an ausie & I ragequit whenver I have to play with more than 150ms :3.

Speaking of which eG dodged playing Interpol on an Australian server. Shitcunts.
I've watched doomdriver and cujo in inhouses and I reckon they might be able to beat eG on equal ping

I remember that game I played on that US server with you w my soulstealer vs some terribad bloodhunter mid. God I raged.

I heared about that to & while I at one hand think it's retarded to not alternate servers (n it aint the first time that eG pulls this crap off), I also agree that it's retarded that if they'd do so, their ping would be double that of ausies playing on USW.
While it's nice to see topteams face off, I personally think it'd retarded to have international competition like that. It simply doesn't work due to latency issues. I remember when we played gamebattles with pubstars & had to play US teams. It was horrible & impossible to play like that.

They pinged around 240 to Aus. Playing on USW I get around 240-60. They dodged.

They shouldn't even have been put in a position to play that match in the first place. The latency completely devalues the match from a spectator's point of view. YOU may be able to play with high ping because you have low APM but imagine how it feels for someone with a constant 150-250.

They both entered the tournament with the knowledge they would play international teams. What makes most sense in that situation is to play on both servers and roll for the 3rd. They didn't do that. I meant to include it in my first post but I think I was on my phone and had to rewrite once, but I agree the only way you can compare 2 teams is in a LAN environment, which I meant by equal ping.
