Photoshop Signature

Hey all,

Well I haad nothing to do so I decided to make a little Modern Warfare 2
signature. I made this mith Photoshop CS3 and it took me about 15 minutes.



Rate from 1 to 10, and give advice/comments

It lacks definition. You need to have some kind of a bright, sharp brush placed around the edges that harmonises with the colours here (white would be appropriate).

Well, this is ment to be a signature only about Ghost. Not about guns .
And how much do you rate it?

I've chosen to let Ghost light up a bit, I also tryed a light source, but it didn't work out nice.

No, /that would kill the sigs depth even more.

I'm pretty sure that white light grunge brushes won't do that.

Yes it would. It would take away from the focal point of the sig. And anyway brushing is foar noobs that can make there own effects. Its defo not the best way to go.

To the OP you should have make the canvas bigger.

It's alright. You should work on the text more, it looks sort of plain and out of place, you could try blending it a little bit.

As far as the signature itself goes, I think you are better off with a bigger size, that way you can have more depth, background, and more ways to emphasize on the focal.

I'd give it a 6, but I'll give you a 7 if you can link me to that awesome render of Ghost.

Thanks! I appreciate it.

I also edited your post. It was considered "hotlinking". I know you didn't mean to intentionally, but hotlinking is direct linking to another websites file, if enough people view it, it'll run up their bandwidth. All I did was just took the picture, saved it, uploaded it to an image hosting provider, and replaced the link.

Kudo's for the image, I'll put it to use. I also moved the thread to its respectable location.

I'm gonna break this into parts.

The picture itself (Ghost) is epic. That gets a 10/10.

The background is kind of bland, but goes with the picture, BUT blends in too much. 6/10 for that.

For creativeness, I'll give a...7/10.

So...23/30.

Pretty good, I'd say.
