Not bad. A few tip's I'd give you are:
- Use a gradient as a background, instead of just one colour, it makes it look a lot better. - ALWAYS have a border around the userbar. Right now I can't tell if it's a white one that isn't visible because of the forums background or if it's not there at all. Anyhow, if you're going to use it here, I'd highly recommend a black border (1px). - The font you want it called "Visitor BK" if I'm not mistaken. Make sure all text additions like "sharp" etc. (can't remember them atm). are off, otherwise it will make the text look bad. - I'd also recommend 6px scanlines. 3px aren't bad on some, but in my personal opinion, 6px generally look better. That's up to you though, of course. - If you want some extra decoration, try adding some effects to your images. For example try giving them a drop shadow. Just play around with that, it always improves the userbar generally. It's great for your first, keep it up. Hope I helped.

Yeah, thanks for your suggestions and support guys. I thought I had a border around it, but I must've forgot to add it in. Also, I was messing around with making the images kind of pop out, and I don't know why I neglected to at least try a drop shadow... But yeah when I have more time on the weekend ill play with it some more and post new ones
