Hey all..

yes im another new guy....

Not new to the COD thing...been addicted for for what seems an eternity now but the whole MW2 glitch/cheat/boostthing has actually made me look aorund and see just how much this is affecting the entire experience for others..

Not bitter or twisted - each to their own and all that.. i am a loner online (as in no clans or team up buddies) but thats the way i play it anyhoo.mostly merc TDM or FFA but hey i jump in anywhere if ive had a few beers,just mute the lot and kill when i can !!!

Welcome to the forums 9INCHNAIL!

As Nibbles said, we do have things in common. I personally play at my best when I'm alone in a MTDM, however I don't venture in FFA much, if at all. You'll find some very warm and welcoming people in this community. It's to be expected that with any game as popular as MW2 will have a myriad of glitches and hackers, but they will eventually get what's coming to them.

Some of the things you should check out, if you haven't already, are definitely the Forum Rules. They are a handy guide on how these forums work, and the general code of conduct we go by. Simple concepts, I'm sure we'll have no problems.

You can view the Stickies up top of the forum Here. There, you can post your gaming ID in it's respective area to make quick friends with people who play MW2. I already added some cool people.

In the GD section, you can find many threads on guns, perks, attachments, etc. In the Tactical Discussion, you can look at advanced tactics and talk on playing the game, and if you have a question, just post it in the Quick Question & Answer area.

The AWOL section of the forums is our little hang out. Off-topic conversations, the Shoutbox, and the Forum Games are all part of out fun little arsenal. Playing the forum games gives you a nice opportunity to get to know the community more.

You need a signature, you should definitely request one at Greg & TLD's Userbar Shop. Within a day, or even an hour, you can get a high quality image made to your own personal taste.

That about wraps it up. Enjoy your stay here, and if there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to send a PM to one of our moderators, or administrators.

I will check out the signature thing cheers for that, as for the hackers and glitches its not really bothering me that much anymore..i see peeps boosting and what not and its up to them to be honest.I just leave go play another !!

Just waiting for the Bacon Butty shop to open.
I quit smoking 4 years ago. I read a book called Allen Carrs easy way to quit smoking.
Cost £8 read it in a day, never wanted one since. Recommended.

Im at work bud... 6am - 2pm thats the only time i get on the forum...when im home im on the ps3 lol...

I read that book,got up and carried on smoking.I found it really patronising.

Bacon buttie sounds good tho... im going to have to get a hobby that doesnt invlove food/drink/sofa......

My missus does 6-2 as well, luckily (or stupidly) i got her a laptop so she fcks off to another room, and her being Polish all she does is chat to other Polski's all night..leaving me free+clear to get shot at for hours.

Until about 7pm when i start falling asleep...

Only trouble with that is she tends to watch a lot of polish you tube type of stuff so i get the ol jitter screen and lag,end up shaggin her just so she gets the fck off the tinterweb!!!!!

I have banned her using internet when I am playing because of the lag.
She ends up shagging me just to get me off the fucking PS3.
Or worse when I do a late shift I get home and she is playing Ratchet and Clank..No MW2 for Hours

yeah, Im lucky I have a 50" Tv and can split the screen. I play MW2 on the right w headphones she watches CSI or BB or some shite. Saved my relationship more than once. As for not touching my techie Shit....she broke my full fat 60GB PS3 (That was a fun argument). Now have the slim one. Miss all my ports had to buy a usb hub to make them back up.

Still got my original ps3, just a 32 bravia but i do have the home cinema jobbie, god i love that .50 on surround!!!!

I did buy an external drive though i think mine was only 40gb?? i didnt even care i just needed one !!!!!!!!

Im getting better but no way i would claim to be good.All this quick scopin n chit is beyond me yet, but then again trying to get my technique down in sabotage or a ffa probably isnt going to be the easiest way!!!

I do run n gun as well tho.. i have a habit of going chicken oriental with an mp5 full tilt..

SCAR-H. Trying to use the UMP at the min as everybody says it is great. Mixed feelings so far.

yeh i tried the UMP for a few games last night too, i dont know yet either,it jumps like a bitch.. i keep going back to the mp5 or even the vector.Maybe its just me but i cant see myself taking the UMP all the way like i have with those 2...

The SCAR is good 4 sure, i prefer it to the TAR but i also have a soft spot for the FAL believe it or not.. its wierd cos i never bothered until some1 mentioned it on here and now ive gotten used to it i kinda like it, though u dont rack up the same kind of kill streaks its just a fun gun.Kind of like running with the magnum out only for a few games....

Congratulations on quitting smoking. To help you resist the urges, keep something in your fingers (like a pen) at all times. Try sucking lollipops so you brain know you have something in your mouth. Hopefully, that will stop you from eating all the time too.

My friend had success in quitting using these 2 simple ideas. Good luck and welcome to MW2F...
