What can I say that hasn't been said before? I'm looking forward to participating in online play (have to do that), learn new tricks, gain experience and generally have fun. I'm looking forward to being an active member of the forum. Thanks for having me.

Tim

PS: As a new member wanting to play online can someone point me in the right direction

Sup. What do you mean by wanting to play online. LIke you have never played online or just looking for tips on playing well online.

I must be the dumbest guy around. My son and I were playing a bit and it's now obvious that I have not spent enough time learning about the game and all of it's options. Mind you I don't have a manual but still I should have my way around. That being said, I played twice live last night and didn't take out anyone. What a loser.

lolol it's all good. I would suggest looking in the Guides Section. There are a lot of helpful things there.

Welcome, good sir.
Expanding on what Oz said, this is probably a good thread to start on:

You're not alone. My dad and I play Halo from time to time. He's a Lawyer in his early 50s so needless to say, he's not really into the whole video game thing ha ha. He always ends up looking at the sky in a corner lololol.

LOL! My dad tried Halo once, he was running around looking straight into the ground.
