After not seeing anyone live for AGEEESSS (like 5 years lol) I saw Lostprophets earlier this week. OMG. OMG. OMG. Their support "The Blackout" were utterly dismal, but Last Train Home, Shinobi, Darkest Blue, Omen cover etc in a tiny venue was possibly the best night of my life.

I'd love to see more of the common stuff you loved in your early teens (Linkin park, blink, etc) but rarely do they tour, letalone in the UK. Was rather annoyed with how awesome the reading lineup is, but f*** £200...

Also I'm scared that a LP gig would be full of weirdos :L


P.S. any Surround sound >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> any headset for reliving loud music.

I've seen The Game, an American rapper twice, once in Leeds & once in Manchester, for those interested in rap performance, it was great, highly recommend it.

Would like to see Eminem but he doesn't seem to tour UK. :'(

I've seen Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Mr. Hudson, Sonic Boom Six (x3), Big D and the Kids Table, Reel Big Fish, The World/Inferno Friendship Society.

All in either Leeds or Sheffield.

Sonic Boom Six were easily my favourite, kinda Punk/Ska from Manchester with a female frontman (frontwoman?) the crowd is always awesome at their shows. Kanye was epic, had an awesome stage and set and the experience was amazing, i'm just not as big a fan of his music as I am of SB6.

Great Big Sea - Was like 10 years old, got to meet the band, awesome chaps.

State of Shock - Great opening act, but besides "Money Honey" pretty meh.
Default - Really should have been later in the concert, great live
Hedley - I threw and hit Jackass Hoggard in the head with a bottle = win!
Finger Eleven - Terrible, pretty sure the lead was drunk/high
Daughtry - My god this guy is amazing live.
Staind - Aaron Lewis has the saddest voice in all of music, I kid you not.
Nickelback - Christ, glad I left before they finished.

Boys Noize - got home at 7:00 am drenched with water and sweat, sat down in the shower and fell asleep for a few minutes before going to bed, i think the water went cold is why I woke up.

I see bands live often in the O2 Carling Academy Oxford but not proper big concerts.


I have been to so many Rave Parties that I lost count, and I still go when I can. those things are an orgy waiting to happen ^_^ I LOVE THE PURTY LASERS!

My favourites were in London in '06 I think Above & Beyond was there, and in Fortaleza back in '07 which they called Silent Rave(not silent at all I tell ya)

Got there at about 8 in the morning to queue up to get into the inner circle. Managed to get right to the front row, just to the right of centre. One of my best ever.
