Consistency is pure coincidence. Both do EXACTLY the same damage, but the Barrett has less sway and more ammo.

doesnt the wa2000 have a damage multiplier if used with a silencer?

for some reason i always have to have my m21 and wa2000 silenced

With a silencer, all sniper rifles do 50 base damage. The WA2000 has 1.5x multipliers in the head neck and chest, and 1.0x everywhere else.
