This is the best guide you will ever read. Read it quick and be sure to absorb the knowledge I am about to impart because it is only available for a limited amount of time for 4 easy payments of $9.99 + P&H
What the critics have been saying: Contents: 1) Perks 2) Weapons 3) Tactics 4) Other & Extra Guide to an OMALOL Class 1) Perks loadout: This is the most effective tubing loadout.
2) Weapon Loadout:
3) Tactics: Your objective is very simple, use your noob tube, and keep reloading. After a very short while the trajectory will be second nature, there is a very small learning curve. I don't think it is unreasonable to be able to get a tube in a window 50 meters away with about 1-2 seconds aiming time or less. You should try to avoid firefights and tube from behind cover as your primary weapon lacks stopping power which can sometimes get you killed in a firefight if the opponent is using stopping power. Try to be in a position to tube high traffic areas that will be target rich from relative safety. Good spots to just focus fire from a safe position is the middle flag (usually "B") in domination and bomb sites in demolition. By doing this you are doing 2 things. One, in domination you are denying the enemy from capping that flag while giving your team more oppurtunity to capture it. Two, you should be racking up a lot of killsthus killstreaks and thus helping your team to victory. You should have a good idea of where these areas are at any given point in a game When "reloading" (changing back to your class from OMA) try to do it in a relatively safe time and place. There is no use trying to change with an enemy 10 meters away from you when you can either knife or shoot him (albeit with a stopping power lacking gun). Also try not to corner yourself when reloading, if you're changing kits and someone comes across you it is important that you can run away by jumping out of a window (commando pro helps) or running out of a different door in the attempt of evading your pursuer long enough that you can get your gun out. 4) Other and Extra Killstreaks: As far as kill streak choice goes it is very much possible to nuke with this class. I find the best set up, in terms of max kills is: Predator Harrier Chopper Gunner This KS loadout is a very kill orientated and if you get 5 kills in a good position (not near 10 enemies) you're almost certain to get harriers and a chopper gunner. Why OMA is better than Scavenger With Scavenger you are more vulnerable, you have to go and pick up the blue satchels from dead people. This means that you will likely be travelling a fair distance due to the arming distance of the nade. As you'll be travelling to get those satchels for more explosives it's very likely you will encounter enemies, and lacking stopping power you will more likely die. Taking stopping power however defeats the purpose of all the explosives and as such OMA is the better perk choice. Helpful Tips: Have the exact same OMA Tube class set up with cold blooded instead. If your opponents get kill streak rewards in the air you can switch to this class and continue tubing unharassed, although with your effectiveness reduced a little. Getting gun challenges is extremely easy as tube kills count towards attachments with the obvious exceptions of Extended Mags, HBS and Thermal How to piss people off when you don't have OMA using scavenger: If you are one of the heathens that does not have OMA then your best bet to be pro is to find a camper and kill them, lay a claymore at one entrance and then refill with scavenger from his body and plant a claymore at the other entrance. From here if there is more than 2 entrances camp the other with an shotgun (AA-12 gets lol points) and if there are only two get in a position where you can shotgun the enemy should they survive the claymore. Repeat TL;DR: Point and shoot your tube reload repeat Last edited by Voodoo; 03-10-2010 at 02:54 AM. |

Thankyou Voodoo.
For anyone serious about the OMALOL mode of play, below is a link to a number of essential ballistics trajectory calculators for advanced usage of the class. Trajectories I find the "Will it clear the fence?" and "Where (the fuck) will it land?" calculators to be most useful. Last edited by Nibbles; 03-09-2010 at 08:41 AM. |

You could also post some videos of long range flag tubes on domination, like the first blood one somebody posted on rundown shooting people capping A

Come collect it from me in the US. It won't even cover the airfare... you're going to have to become a stowaway.
