online ppl have dual weapons all the time, how do you do that??

Some weapons have the an akimbo attachment that lets them dual wield them. Those weapons are as follows;

All SMG's, hand guns, and machine pistols. Then the ranger and model 1887 shotguns.

You unlock Akimbo on SMG's after 20 or 30 Rapid Fire Kills and the Shotguns require 10 kills to attain the the Akimbo feature. Not sure about the other secondaries but my best bet would be at 75 kills.

For hand guns its 50 kills for akimbo and I think its 75 for machine pistols. And ya it's 30 kills with the rapid fire attachment on smgs.
