One can constantly fire accurate armour-piercing rounds (with splash damage) for the entire duration of the killstreak without reloading/cooling-down. One can not do that.

P.S. Does aim assist apply to controllable killstreaks (I suspect not as it is compulsory to lead shots with the AC130 since it's so far away)
