Hello everybody,
Picked up a PS3 and started playing MW2 so I'm still a newbie, I am an old COD on the PC player so getting use to the controller has been a task thus far.Right upon entering a few games it was pretty apparent there was a lot of cheating going on which makes things even more frustrating.

I don't know how you guys are still going on about this. I played for 10 hours on Saturday(FML I have the flu) and only ran into one hacked lobby. That one lobby was only because I decided to do GW.

yeah i hate cheaters so bad!!! i almost want to throw away my MW2 & buy black ops! but im used to this one & actually like playing it..........for the most part. i tried black ops once. didn't like it much at first. but maybe i'll get it!
anyways, i been on MW2 for about a year now. i earned my way through the 1st prestige!! man that was a great feeling! well about a month ago i was playing & ended up in a hacked game. i been in a few before & usually jump right out once i start seeing guys jumping into the sky or the screen having big colored writing all across my screen. well this time i didn't even know it was a hacked game cuz one guy was doing really good & the rest seemed normal. thought it was just a honest bad ass player. then when the game was finished i ended up with everything unlocked. yeah kinda cool, just to see all the titles & emblems. i had all my guns & perks already so why mess with it. thought it would go away & not harm my hard earned work. well just recently i ended up in another hacked game. it all seemed fine til things started changing & i knew it was hacked. i backed out & it took most of my gun perks & it said i got owned!!. i was mad, but kept playing to unlock my stuff all over again. Then once again yet another hacked game came along & it took everything from me & left me with just a hand gun & smoke grenade on all my classes!! Talk about some messed up sh*t!! what the hell did i ever do to anyone? thought it was personal cuz i was doing good in each one of those games when it happened. i changed my name & started all over again!!

I dont know what you guys are talking about.. I've been playing mw2 again for a month and I got like 5 hackers. The only thing that was going on is the message advertising a youtube channel or something but they all got kicked in like 2 minutes because Sony can shut down your PS3 at any time now.

Yes the necroposting is...unfortunate BUT, each post has been on topic. We have been on the forum for so long, it's actually okay to go back through some of these older threads to see what our noob opinions were compared to our pro opinions now. I may dig into some old AWOL and game threads and bring back for current discussion, for teh lulz.
