honestly,i think they are evenly matched and the pictures and videos showing that one looks better than the other is manipulated,and or dont have the same variables.
Although i prefer the 360 i still think both consoles are fairly even.

its all a matter of preference....I <3 my ps3 for its blueray graphics and the fact that i dont have to pay to play online....but i feel that the xbl is superior (although you get what you pay for)....i also think that the xbox controller is more intuitive

It's completely up to your preference. If you buy a Ps3, it's because your friends have it. Then you'll say that's better. If you buy an Xbox, it's for the same reason..

If you have both, and play them regularly, the same games, then you can make a judgement on which you prefer, but even that does not determine what's actually better.

I'm not serious.. There are good players on each platform and everybody has a preference as to which one they choose. Personally I choose PC because of the more mature community and the ability to multitask while playing.

In terms of people to talk to, there's the 2 extremes... on PS3, it's like dead silent, on Xbox there are screaming kids. (although many are in parties now on Blops)

Sure, it's easier to aim. However, that's like saying a skilled lumberjack is one who is able to chop down the mightiest tree in the forest with a herring rather than one who is able to consistently outperform their peers while using optimal equipment for the task. There is no non-human limit to one's ability to display their skill on PC. On console, the top 10% of players will perform similarly to each other, resulting in the bell-curve of skill having its top end lopped off suddenly. On PC, there is no such hardware limitation, allowing the truly skilled to play better than everyone else rather to be frustrated by the poor control scheme that limits what one can achieve with their intelligence, dexterity and reaction times.

So yes, PC gamers are pro. There might be pro console gamers but you sure as hell won't find out who they are until mice and keyboards are made available and aim-assist removed.

I'm not even going to delve into how the bottom of the bell-curve is being artificially elevated in skill. Simply put, those who wouldn't hit anything on PC will be getting kills due to a synergy between luck and aim-assist, allowing them to perform similarly with those who would otherwise consistently outperform them.

EDIT: Nevermind that, actually. I shouldn't have had to explain that, should you have thought about the issue objectively for just a few seconds. You're a blithering idiot.

I agree to an extent with your post, mainly if you're making the choice between either console.

However, my advice would be to save that money and put it towards a new PC, which you will spend a large amount on anyway. For example, I planned to buy a new PC and then spend some money on PS3 stuff and other non-elated stuff. Instead I took the extra money and made my PC into something with the same function as a console, but also a lot more.

Herr derr phone post has bad structure and language and I haven't explained fully but idc

Agree, but for me, playing on PC among my friends is somewhat unheard of. Nearly all of my friends are on Xbox, hence my decision.

I think it's more comfortable playing console than on pc for long hours on end. But as for console vs console I have both cause I like both cause they can do different tricks.
