First off i'm paying them to do it, so theyd gain Points for helping someone, and second he stole 3200 Microsoft points using my Debit/Credit Card.

I would suggest you take this up with Xbox if you can prove someone hacked your account. Furthermore, you can't even tell us if that is the actual full name. "close to" is not close enough for Xbox likely.

Lastly, if he used your debit card, contend the charges with your bank. Derp!
