I believe some are gametype specific. The Makarov emblem for example I got by planting bombs in SnD.

Prestige, then get 250 knife kills.

Just a question about the prestige titles.
I was convinced that when prestiging, you would receive lots of titles instantly, but it doesn't turn out like that.
The titles I'm talking about are the ones with the two skulls on both sides. I've already got two of them, but wanted to know if they were simply unlocked by ranking up in prestige?

Greg, its number specific. You won't get every single callsign for every single prestige, just only for the ones with "lucky" or even numbers.

EDIT: Here they are....

Round Two = 2nd prestige
Third time's the charm = 3rd prestige
hard eight = 8th prestige
9 lives = 9th prestige

I see... So they're practically like all the other titles, but can only by acquired when in prestige?

When you prestige, you get those number specific titles, just like your first prestige.

Wow, this is awesome! I got the "New Jack" callsign unlocked, and I had no idea how I unlocked it. I got it by getting a payback with a throwing knife! AWESOME!

The ones with two skulls one either side are, with the except of "The Prestige" unlocked by doing Prestige challenges, either the high level of the kill/headshot challenges or by doing some of the challenges in the Prestige category.

Okay, so something is messed up with that chart. The other day I saw a level 43 no prestige guy running around with the "30 Something" callsign, and it says that you have to reach 35 first prestige. I figured, oh, okay, that just means I have to reach level 35. Wrong.

How do I get it?
