Yeah, a 10 killstreak with no killstreak rewards equipped (That means removing the tick from the checkboxes in the Callsigns & Killstreaks menu). I did it by camping the hell out of our flag base in CTF. Just be careful of predator missiles, though. Cut me short at 7, though I managed the 10-kills needed when we switched sides. I don't know if picking up a care package would void it, though.

Bit of a "Guide-dang-it" thing, honestly. Can't think of many people who would unequip all killstreak rewards without knowing/wanting it.
