I don't actually see a lot of campers about these days, which is great. The overpowered killstreaks has to be one of this game's biggest turn-offs. Seriously, if someone gets an AC130 or Chopper Gunner on Domination, they've basically won.

After playing it for so long the only real fun I find is playing Hardcore and Barebones, the classic Harrier, Chopper Gunner, and Tactical Nuke is getting so damn old. I sill really like the game, but bullshit nukes, MLC assholes, OMALOL classes, and all the other shit bags who like to exploit the cheap shit of the game are making it just annoying. I refuse to play Ground war, TDM, Merc TDM, or anything but Search and Destroy, or any Hardcore game type. I like a bit of a challenge, n00b tub3 spamming is not a challenge it's being a prepubescent little shit and pissing everyone off in the game.

Feh, COD4 was sn'awesome because it set a precedent for being the hugest FPS at the time that wasn't WWII or Sci-Fi ( someone will correct me on this I'm sure ). It also had really solid game play and an really, really great campaign.

When i first got this game last year, I had alot of fun with it for the first 70 levels. Then after i prestiged, Everything has gone downhill. When i search for a lobby the game automatically puts me in a game in which i'm on the losing team..and no we're not losing by a little...we're losing by ALOT!!!!!
Sometimes, the game places me in a game that has already ended and i'm again, on the losing team. Don't know if it counts as a lose though.

Over the past year, I have found many problems with multiplayer.

1.Commando knifers.
2.Campers.
3.Painkiller'd enemys
4.Last stand/Final stand.
5.UNBELIEVABLE unfair gameplay.
6.Thermal Sniping Fags
7.Quickscoping (NO SUCH THING)
8.NO TEAMWORK
9.Spawn trapping
10.CRAP ASS MAPS
11.MP5K ( Should have left the normal MP5)
and many many many many many more.

Some problems that exist in the game that i don't understand is

Why the Intervention/Barrett aren't 1 hit kills,Sometimes i hit an enemy in the chest WITH stopping power and i get hitmarkers.

Why I shoot a guy with a shotgun pointblank range and i get hitmarkers.
Like earlier tonight when i was playing domination on Underpass. I was about 3 feet away from a guy and i shoot him with my Spas-12 w/ Grip IN THE CHEST and he simply knifes me.

I think if Mr.Roger plays this game, he'll go berserk at how much flaws and unbelievable crap that happens in this game.

Infinity Ward made a great game but if they would have taken a bit more time to develop this game and find all the bugs and flaws, it would have been a better game. Maybe they should have started an open beta.

Everytime I try to go for a nuke and i get my 11 killstreak. There is ALWAYS 1 FUCKING GUY WHO FUCKS YOU UP. There is always THAT 1 GUY WHO KILLS YOU, because there is no such thing as team work in this game. Only if you play with friends, but most of the time i find myself playing with a bunch of randoms because nobody's on.

Killstreaks

I like the killstreaks MW2 has to offer, but i think some of the killstreaks are too overpowered and even underpowered. It would have been nicer if they kept the 3,5,7, killstreaks from Cod4 with the exception of 7, Attack Helicopter or Harrier.
(EMP should have never been killstreak,it's useless.)

AC-130. It's a fun killstreak, it get's lots of kills and semi-hard to destroy. But what I don't understand is...Is the AC-130 piloted by magician or something? It just pops out the nowhere above the battlefield.

Chopper Gunner. Why does it take the Apache/Havoc a while to get to the battlefield when the AC-130 appears out of nowhere and above the battlefield like THAT? Sometimes I get shot down before I can even get even near the battlefield.

Cobra/Hind Attack Helicopter. Decent killstreak.

Harrier. Very affective killstreak. Does the Harrier have flares? Because sometimes I aim my stinger directly at the harrier and when i fire my stinger flies of course. Sometimes once, sometimes twice.

Pavelow. Too powerful.


Nuke. Just take it off.

Something EVERYBODY should agree on.

On a daily basis, I find myself playing the maps i hate the most.
Then I leave and search another game, and it puts me back in the same map with the same people i just left a minute ago.

Why can't we,the players chose the map we want to play instead of having to play the maps we hate the most and hope we get the maps we love?
Is that so hard?

Back then, I thought that no game can surpass the RAGE i had for Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2. But Modern Warfare 2 has easily surpassed that to the 3rd power.
Sometimes i feel like breaking this game,but then i think to myself "No, this game doesn't even deserve to be broken, it should be burned or something."
That's how much rage this game can bestow on players.

If i weren't so broke, I wouldn't even be playing this game. But since I am, I have to put up with this bullcrap.

HOPEFULLY Treyarch can make Black Ops the way Call Of Duty should be,NOT FULL OF BULLCRAP AND RAGE.

And HOPEFULLY Modern Warfare 3 won't be like MW2. Let's all pray that Infinity Ward will listen to there customers instead of Robert Bowling.

I think i might even sell MW2 for the new Medal of Honor,or sell it for weed.

Yeah I think it makes for alot of fun (usually) and not sure why people think its sooo bad. Granted they miscalculated alot of things about MW2. They really tried to up the ante on this one and they might have gone a bit far with all the overpowered perks and killstreaks.

I think without all the hackers and if the killstreaks =

Stealth Bomber = 8
Harrier = 9
AED = 10
Pavelow = 11
AC = 15
CG = 16
NUKE = 30

...then would be better.

took quite a large break out from this game and thought i mite give it a go again recently.

tbh its hard to find a game with so many problems : /

nowadays almost every server has 1 or more hackers on it (the obvious ones i mean, that are clearly aiming at walls with LMG and spraying randomly) and im astonished that this hasnt been addressed still. this wouldnt be so bad with dedicated servers but there arent any, or some sort of call-vote system but there isnt one -.-

other cons include lag, the host system is very inferior to dedicated servers...
spawn positions sometimes seem seriously close, spawning with a gun in your face or a nade strapped to your bollocks is kinda harsh...
jus rly wish i could play this game for fun but with the number of hackers thats becoming harder and harder to do.

this isnt all flame though i guess, so to ensure this isnt a rage post the pros are that i liked quite a few of the MP maps on this game, and the fact that the single player imo is one of the best campaigns of all time (all be it that it was a bit short).

its just a shame that the multiplayer failed so badly, with no availability to mod servers this game is almost imposible to play seriously (clan matches etc..) hense why theres at least 10x more people still playing this games predecessor.

i like the idea of bringing new maps to the game, keeps games fresh and enjoyable, but i think its a bit of a cheak to ask for an extra 10 quid for some new maps that i cant help feel that other companies would have just added in a patch for free, after all teh flaming and raging from annoyed players when this game was released that is the very least you could ahve done.

i defo wont be buying Black-Ops untill i know for sure it can match the multiplayer game quality taht Cod4 had (at least one of the first things they said was Punkbuster and dedi servers, whcih is a massive plus already).

in short, single player awesome, multiplayer fail, this game came so close to being a truely awesome game but it never happened.

also due to their arrogance IW have lost my custom to their games in future, and somehow i dont think im alone on that point

Im assuming now that this thread is for feedback to the mw2 developer team. I must insist that the power of the killstreaks is too much. Especially the attackchopper. Its a brutal execution, just like in the real wars=)

And please increase the damage on some of the assault rifles and the silent option. I finished a mag with the Uzi without killing him, just coz silencer was one...

Online Servers.... Aweful.. worst online servers ive played on in 13years.. Think I get around 2 maps in 10 that dont require server change or dont just kick off.

Using this game on xbox wireless is aweful.. for a precice game in shooting theres no margin for fairness.. I myself have spent a good 2 seconds shooting into someone, with the crosshair changing to shot a hit, and yet they can go off, make a cuppa and some back and hit me in under 10ms.. All the other games i play have a slight lag(understandable with wireless), but no where near this amount of time delay which imo just makes this game not unplayable.. but you must have a high tollerance for annoyance if you play it.
