I have heard from a few people that their 10th prestige had reset so clearly it can't be permanent or IW/Sony is cracking down on it quick, my guess is it's not permanent plus it will stop people trying these things if they think it won't work or will be reset.

If its just a symbol no one cares about then wtf is the fuss. some people want a special symbol, some dont. Its just a symbol. Its just a game.

my thoughts too , ive got a lot more to worry about than some dude cheating to get a fake medal... p.s you dont need skill to get a 10th prestige medal ,just never go out the door and play the game for a ridiculous amount of time..

As i've said before i posted to find what peoples reactions were to this and i do not care what prestige i am as it does not measure skill but the point is they are annoyed that the cheaters didn't earn the prestige they cheated to get, are you telling me you can't understand why people are annoyed?

I seen how it must have felt last night.
I did the hack last night. Ive always wanted to hack something so I figured id try it to see if I could.
I joined the guy on my FL that by far has the best stats. He has been playing the hell out of the game to get them. He also had the hack done and was lvl 29 on it. I look at the leaderboards and my NEW stats were way better than his.
9.18 kd, 30% acc, 2000th in the world rank, all scores just beasted his and I hear him kinda let out a depressing sigh like it was all for nothing.
Luckily for him the hack resets during every session. Im back to 1st prestige.
Im kinda glad too because I thought the 10th prestige symbol was a badass looking skull. But even on my 50" tv it looks like nacho libre or something. Ill stop at 9.

I'm still at 70 on 1st prestige lol i don't intend on giving up my challenges i worked hard to do just for a symbol and an extra custom slot.
