Default MW2 Christmas Map. What map do you want?
IW Remade Crash for CoD4 into a a Christmas-like setting for Christmas one time, I believe for all systems. Or was it just the PC? Anyways... If IW does something like this again for MW2, what map do you hope for or think they will do? I would say Highrise.
Hopefully, if done so I hope there is a patch as well....

That'd be a contradiction in a way if Afghan had snow. It's super hot... but it's snowing. Oh wait that's normal according to thermal sights. XD

Thats a ridiculous statement...Afghanistan is a mountainous region that gets snow all the time. It is not Iraq, maybe you are confused.

That'd be cool if it were to happen, but it's probably not because I think they would have released it by now. I guess the best map to be remade into a Christmas theme would be one with lots of buildings and a city setting, probably Skidrow or Invasion.

I would like to see Christmas themed outfits. Maybe some red and white camo and a everyone would be wearing Santa hats. And if you are under a mistletoe with someone... well you have to shoot them in the face.

Yeah, apart from them patching the game basically every week after people have reported problems. (E.g. the Makimbo issues, map glitches, Javelin glitch)

You are correct, I was a bit hasty calling them lazy. However the things that you mentioned are actual errors in the game, I just don't see them willing to spend time on what I would imagine would be their holidays on making a christmas themed map for a week or two before taking it out of the playlists just because it would be a fun thing to do. Then again I don't work there or anything like that. We'll see

I doubt they would either, plus there's already snow themed maps so it'd be a bit pointless.

I'm just wondering whether OP got mixed up with someone creating a custom mod for PC.

The best non snow map to convert to a snow map would be Afghan I think. As it is in the hills (afaik) of Afghanistan which would get snowy. I just think it would be a bit more interesting as a snow level. Personally I want to see more leafy maps like Estate, that aren't shit, like Estate.

Estate might make a good christmas map, if it was snowy it actually kind of reminds me of when I spent christmas with my grandparents in their chalet in switzerland.

IW aren't going to do it thogh I reckon.

Another interesting one might be a complete white-out of a CQB map like favela or rust, where you can only see about 5m ahead.
It would be pretty funny if the highest ranking player was kitted out as Father Christmas and the rest of the team were dressed as elves.
