OR.

Take a screenshot of your title / emblem
Paste onto Paint or something similar
Crop select your emblem / title
Save it.

Upload it to your forum profile by either attaching it (make sure it's within the required specs / size etc)
or upload to a free imaging host and hyperlink it into your sig.

^this can be found under "User CP" -
lefthand column - "Signature"

Step 1. Go here, make your Callsign. Modern Warfare 2 Callsign Generator

Step 2. Right click the finished product, save it to your computer.

Step 3. Upload your Callsign to an image hoster. TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

Step 4. Go to UserCP -> Edit Signature and paste the IMG code that Tinypic gave you into its respective field.

The code looks like this:
