-practice... the more you know the levels... the more u have an ability to know where people are and get more kills

-proper use of guns... dont try using an smg in wasteland... might not work out too well. Assault rifles are very easy to use... for a lower rank try using.. Scar-H, Tar21, M4A1

-good use of killstreaks... dont use things like precision airstrike, or attack heli...they stink...and since your not that good yet try using smaller ones that still help...(UAV, predator, harrier)

Agreed. often times it helps just having someone to run around and be a pain for the other guys. If you can get 50 kills you have successfully been a pain for the other team.

If im playing with a full party of guys I know, Ill even bail on the predator and switch UAV on. Having it on all the time is a huge advantage i believe.

Always keep a eye on the mini-map, using it you can alway work out where the enemy are likely to be, where they are spawning and if there are objectives which one you should head to next.

Except that you shouldn't do this at all, especially if you ever want to play HC. It's a crutch and you should learn to play without it. That way when it does pop up from time to time, you use it wisely and for an advantage.

Besides, the guy who is constantly staring at the mini-map is the guy I shoot in the back of the head with my CB/Silenced class.

I watch alot of machinima uploads. What i find helps is to try and keep track of where the enemy is spawning.

As much as I'd hate to say it, once I switched to a OMALOL class to get the perk challenges done, it made MW2 fun again, I was actually laughing at the kills and enjoying the game.

Other than that, using special grenades to your advantage, constant UAV support, being stealthy, and Ninja Pro make me a better player than the said enemies I encounter.

I played Halo 3 on the XBox 360 up until last October (10/09). I constantly played the MLG playlist which focuses on map control, spawn killing and overall an abundance of team work.

Now I play CodMw2 on the PC. I find that the years of playing team oriented games on H3 have overwhelmingly helped me play/strategize/spawn kill/dominate maps in CoDMW2.

For me I think it's been finding the right combination of weapons as well as knowing the maps. Also, i think a better team player KS combo would be like UAV, Predator, Emergency Airdrop... but I guess just about any is a team player combo, i mean, you're killing enemies...

Try camping on an objective based game. That's how most people get high kill streaks.

They're not good enough to get them in TDM but if they can camp around an objective they know the enemy will be protecting they can get the kills.

They don't actually capture anything, they just camp around the perimeter.

I've been playing FPS' for something like, 13 years already? Would be hard not to be good at one.
