I actually have noticed it's been getting more kills than usual lately (there were times it'd be out a full minute and not get a single kill). Still, it doesn't compete with Harrier - though I prefer to run it sometimes as a novelty item.

I want to get the Attack Helicopter title. Do you guys know if the kills you've gotten with the killstreaks reset after prestiging?

The Attack Helicopter is better than most people give it credit for. It lasts for a long time and will get as many kills as a Harrier, just spread over a longer period of time.

It is a lot better in Objective games too, when people actually have to go out in the open.

I actually got killed by it for the first time the other day. It was about 10 mins after I said you had to be retarded to get killed by it. So maybe it is getting a little better than before. Was there a patch?

Yeh I've noticed that it has gotten a lot more effective lately now that I have completed my harriers challenge of getting 1000 kills and have now changed to the Attack helicopter, instead of Harriers, hopefully I will get 1000 kills with the heli now.

heli and harrier are very unpredictable-i just started using heli for the emblem and the prestige challenge but so far i can't say it'' better...

Prestige challenges dont reset if you prestige,
so the attack helicopter kills will stay.

and I dont know about other platforms, but on xbox i havent noticed any boost. recently i've been rocking Pred Missle, Attack Heli, Pavelow (to get the 1000 heli call-ins" and the heli hardly ever gets me to the Pavelow. haha

Agreed, I like it. I run PM, Precision Airstrike, Attack Helicopter sometimes and I get lots of kills with this set up.

I really don't get killed by it that often. Pavlows and Chopper gunners sure but not the attack chopper.

The only reason you don't get killed by it is because people never use it. It's actually not that bad, it's just like a pavelow but has no flare and less damage. Although I think harriers outclass it, it's pretty fun to use. I love how you press the switch instead of opening up a computer. It makes me feel good. "Attack Helicopter" is a beast name too. I think I'm gonna start using this lol...

Attack helicopter reminds me of a pavelow on a diet... its like a skinny little runt, and the emblem is kinda bleh as well... but still for teh lulz its good

The harrier doesnt rack up many kills and can be shot down by only one rocket, it first does an air strike which you cant shoot down then hovers for a short time and kills and shoots rockets of its own at enemy air support. And thats why i choose it over the cobra

I heard the oma patch was to fix a glitch where you could shoot claymores

The attack heli is junk. It has 0 chaff for a countermeasure. I shoot them down with a stinger before they ever make the map. Save a killstreak and skip the heli.

The only reason it lasts longer is that people don't bother to shoot it down, as it's shit. But yeah, it moves around more than Harrier.

Not having CB Pro is a pain in my ass, so I've been trying to shoot down UAVs and shit....but damn those things are a pain to find.

I don't use them for killstreaks, but sometimes get them in care packages. I do pretty well when I have them up.

I think the reason people think it's gotten better is because it has been seen as lame for so long that people don't even pay attention to it anymore, let alone shoot it down XD
