Since the dawn of XBOX Live and Playstation Network split screen has kinda gone to the way side. But last night my roommate (also MW2 addict) and i played against each other and it was blast!

Now i'll be the first to admit i screen peak but so was he and thats what was making it fun. The fact that we both constantly knew where each other was made the match incredibly difficult for both sides. It took a half hour to play a match to 20 kills. I let him use the profile with my online classes and i used the pre set ones. We were evenly matched for the longest time but then i messed up and the game ended 20-15. Now instead of going home and playing online he's texting me saying "You ready for round two bitch?!"

I just didn't know if anyone else still does split screen or not and wht your thoughts are on it.

Done it with one of my buddy's to try and get him in to it. When he's a bit better it will be more fun I reckon. We used to play spec ops split screen and had a blast.

It is really fun, when you have more than one friend to play with.

I remember playing COD4 split-screen with a mate, and loved it for pretty much the same reasons as you.

Yeah it's a whole lotta fun when you're evenly matched and both know the maps like it's your own house.

i do it all the time =] and its harder to camp which makes it more fun but i think one of the problems are that if you dont like the default classes then theres not much you can do about it and if you want create your class then you have to rank up =/

I know what you mean. I was thinking about setting up a profile on the 360 just to rank up a guest player for good and have all the perks and weapons to choose from.

i just used a hacked data from the net and used it for me and another person and we normally do that but the trouble starts again when more ppl come along and it becomes unfair ...
