Or when it's right after you prestiged and you don't have shit for classes. So you can't pick one well suited to kill him. But fuck, how are you supposed to kill the guy in the corner with the AA-12? And your semtex doesn't seem to do shit.

Oh well, I've picked off the same guy over and over a few times myself.
