Befor a couple of days,i was playing tdm.one of my teammates had 7-18 and about one minute before the match ended he said:"damn, i'm gonna change my callsign -having a title/amblem along with this score is humiliating"!!!!!

Has anyone ever thought that way????

It makes sense to me, but I don't rock any insane title/emblems when I play. Usually "Completely Numb" and the pink skull and crossbones, or the "Clay Pigeon" and pyramid emblem for claymore challenges and bullet penetration death. So no, I've never humiliated my callsign before.

So I could sport the Gold AC130 title and the spinning cross and go 10-30. So what? Everybody has bad games. Changing your callsign because it doesn't fit your latest score is stupid.

I always use the funny titles/emblems so when I do badly it won't really bring shame to my callsign.

When I first started playing, I sported "Accident Prone". However, when I used to play, it would be The Mastodon, STD, or the Nine Lives.

bit hard to humiliate F.N.G w/ Dogtags, but on the flipside, getting owned by that is humiliating, it really is the best title + emblem combo

Whenever people comment on my callsign I use the beginner title/emblem. So funny pwning people while looking like a new guy (although my level will give me away)

I only go for titles as a personal challenge and when I think it looks cool. Atm I use gold predator missile and EMP emblem.

Same, sometimes I use the "Dishes are Done" with the chick, for the irony. I liked it when ViS rocked the FNG w/ the nuke emblem. That was pretty rad.

^Sometimes I use FNG and the dog tags so people are like WTF? when i snipe them. Not that I'm good or anything but people dont expect a "level 1" to go positive

yes, but most just see the large title with FNG and the dog tags. I remember getting pwned by a guy doing this, and thinking WTF... until i realized he was a 3rd prestige after he killed me 7 times

I use callsigns the fit my mood at the time, not my latest bad game score. The one that is in my signature is always the one I'm using in game.

You mean like the guy who wears "behind enemy lines" but goes 1- 10? lol. Obviously that person boosted that title. Similarly, any 10th prestige who doesn't completely pwn everyone surely boosted 10th.

Then don't wear any title but FNG because it's unlikely you'll represent the awesomeness of any particular title 100% of the time.

I can see where he's coming from. Having an awesome call sign is almost like bragging that you're pretty good at the game. And then you have some really bad games, people are thinking how the hell did they get that? Like when the people with the spinning nuke emblem consistently go 9-19.
