This is a pontless thread, it could have waited until at least a week after release date... We really don't know anything, sure we know what weapons are available, but how do they handle, how's the fire rate, how about the recoil????

I'm very excited to imagine all the new possibilities for weapons and classes. I'm interested in everyone else's opinions... After all, isn't it pointless to even be on this website... I just giggle like a little girl thinking about using a silenced rifle with ACOG for long range and then a silenced shotgun to get them up close and personal, BAM!

no kidding... a silenced sniper!?! how the...? I won't be able to skip kill cam nearly every time the way i've gotten used to in COD4. What about a silenced sniper with an acog to quick scope AND be stealth??? How about a stealth class with a silencer and heartbeat sensor to find AND sneak up on the campers? They'll never know what hit em!

That's what this thread is about. Take a second and think about the types of things possible that we could only dream of in COD4. It's fun

Actually I was talking about an assault rifle, but yes, 402 has confirmed that shotguns AND sniper rifles will have silencers too.

The thought of campers using silenced sniper-rifles with Heartbeat sensors and Cold-Blooded perk scares me

But with the Cold-Blooded perk they're "invisible" even to thermal scopes

Add to that the fact that machine pistols, shotguns and whatnot don't require a perk, well, it's going to be fun facing snipers now LOL.
